Use standard tools like a drill, nailgun, jigsaw, router, etc. Can be glued or tacked to the desired area. Untreated Oak veneer on MDF ready for laquering, waxing or oiling. Please make sure you’re able to handle it safely as the box is 2,5m long. Slats are engineered wood called MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) and laminate on the top and bottom, sides are not veneered as displayed in images. BASIS OF THE SALE/ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1. The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order (including any applicable specifications)
2.The buyer’s order is an offer to purchase from the Seller. When the buyer places an order with the seller, it is done so in accordance with the terms of the agreement between buyer and seller, subject to our acceptance of the buyer’s order.
3. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, we accept your order.
4.You must be 18 or over to purchase Products from us.3. THE PRICE OF GOODS
3.1 All of our prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling and include Vat. All of our products are subject to VAT at 20%.
3.2 Prices for Products exclude delivery charges
3.3 Despite our best efforts, a small number of products we sell may occasionally be mispriced. If this happens then we will not be obliged to supply the Products at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and aim to reach you to get information how shall we refund the price you have paid.
3.4 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already agreed price on.4. PAYMENTS
4.1 The seller must receive payment in advance before the seller’s order can be processed unless agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
4.2 Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
4.3 If a credit/debit card is used to pay for the order, the buyer must use credit/debit card that they are authorised to use. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by third parties and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment or any other validation checks return adverse results, we will not accept the buyer’s order and the seller will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and the seller is not obliged to inform the buyer of the reason for the refusal.5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery charges vary depending on the service you order and are set for mainland only. If you are living outside mainland area please contact us prior placing your order to check acurate delivery charge.
5.2 Please allow 6-12 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated. All dates for deliveries are estimates. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate as incorrect details could lead to a delay in delivery. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, on occasion delays are unavoidable due to unforeseen factors.
5.4 The Seller shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss, damage or expenses (including but not limited to loss of profit and liability to third parties) suffered or incurred by the Buyer as a consequence of any delay in delivery.
5.5 All goods should be checked carefully and signed for at the time of delivery. No items can be replaced if a parcel is missing and the buyer has signed for it.
5.6 If the couriers note that the buyer signs for, is signed as un-checked, it is assumed that the items have been delivered in an undamaged state and will not be replaced.
5.7 All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
5.8 If the courier cannot deliver due to delivery being missed or refused the buyer may incur a re-delivery charge.Providing alternative address where someone can always expect delivery is a good practice.
5.9 Force Majeure – The Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver the Goods for any reason whatsoever outside the reasonable control of the Seller including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, industrial action, extreme weather, war, storm, fire, explosion, flood, governmental action or regulation, the act of God, riots, strikes, lockouts or non-availability of stocks or materials.
5.10 If any goods are left without signature following Buyer’s instruction the Seller cannot take responsibility for any damages or theft.
5.11 Most of the seller’s items are dispatched 48-72 hours from receipt of the order (excluding bespoke orders).5.12 In the event of any damages, mismatches or missing items the buyer must report this in writing with photographic evidence via the channel he got the order sorted initially within 24 hours from delivery. Any damages, discrepancies or missing items reported after that will not be reimbursed or replaced.

7. IMAGES:7.1 Due to lighting differences and display devices variety's colours of products shown on images might vary and as much as we try showing the turfiest colours we are not able to predict how our product will look in your light or on your device. Where possible ordering samples is advisory to avoid disappointment.
7.2 We are not able to match our products with something that you have from another brand. We might suggest the best to our knowledge but will have no responsibility over mismatched sets created of different brands.
7.3 Installation – The seller will not be liable for any misuse or incorrect installation methods. Any advice given by the seller is for guidance only.
