Any problem must be notified within 24h of delivery.
To get your product refuned / partially refunded or accepted for return the product must be in its original state and original box.
We are offering samples to make sure you are chosing the right shade of the finish. Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to colour/ shade difference unless wrong order was delivered.
Please take under consideration a different look on a full size table in comparisment to a small smaple .
Different shades, structures, knots, cracks and lines are understood as a beauty of a natural wood product and unless couse usage issue will not be considered as fault.
